I grew it out because I'm self conscious about my hairline (irony) and at some stage it dreaded. I kept it because it looked ridiculous to me but it certainly got the attention of the opposite sex.

Now I want proper big dreads but i don't really know much about growing them naturally. Times I had dreadlocks I've paid alot to get them done.

If I have to pay, I will just get it shaved off.

lol Star Trek the next generation was one of the greatest shows of all time, I feel sorry for the youth today they never had such fun shows like this. Those were the days man.

It really was. I didn’t get into DS9 in the 90s aside from the occasional episode. But I went back and decided to watch it on Netflix a few years back. It’s the GOAT. As much as I love TNG, DS9 bested it.

Until you realize he's had one of those god awful hair tattoos/scalp micropigmentation done....

Looks completely unnatural. He tries growing out what's left of his hair transplant sometimes and uses the tattoo as a backdrop to fill in the gaps between his weird transplant hairs. Looks pretty fucked. It also looks like he may have worn one of those hair systems where they glue the toupee to your scalp, his skin looks like it had a reaction to the glue and is discolored.

He should just shave it off completely.
