I just found out my lameass gym is closed on Sunday and that's supposed to my day 2 of the Bill Starr program I'm on. I'm in the fourth week of the program and I'm just wondering what I do to make it up? Do I just move my workouts back a day for one week and essentially have my two rest in between the workouts instead of at the end of the workout? Do I just make this another "deload" week and make the program longer?

I need some advice on this. I'm kind of at a loss what I should do.

God, I thought I was in the regular S&P forum when I posted this. Could a mod help me out and move it?

This post will not increase my count.

There's a thread about this very issue on the main page.

Yeah, starting this thread was pretty lame considering I could have searched or even posted the question in my log.

I did read that thread on the main page about the gym being closed on Easter... That's five minutes of my life I'll never get back...
