I just found out my lameass gym is closed on Sunday and that's supposed to my day 2 of the Bill Starr program I'm on. I'm in the fourth week of the program and I'm just wondering what I do to make it up? Do I just move my workouts back a day for one week and essentially have my two rest in between the workouts instead of at the end of the workout? Do I just make this another "deload" week and make the program longer? I need some advice on this. I'm kind of at a loss what I should do.
