I see alot of threads here asking for Boxing and MT schools in NYC. Also, on the BJJ section, similar questions are asked. Why don't we put something together on our own? There are places in Manhattan and Brooklyn that can rented out by the hour and have the necessary facilities. We all chip in the money and form a club. Meet everyday @ the same time and work on different things (i.e. boxing on Mondays, MT on Tuesdays, BJJ on Wed., Mixed stuff on Thur, etc etc). As far as stand up sparring is concerned, break it down between guys who want to go light, medium, to hard. Any thoughts to get the ball rolling on this?
there are boxing, mt, and bjj skools nyc and brooklyn, but id definitely be interested in training in such an mma club. However, it would be hard to organize and finding a cheap space wouldnt be so easy.
you are right that there are boxing, mt, and bjj schools in NYC, but they are not all in one location.
