Crime Guy RNCed on NY subway dies. Trial begins 10/21

It’s always been that way though. Unless you’re willing to hurt or possibly kill someone and potentially have to explain yourself to a jury, then better to just mind your own business. I guess it’s a lot worse now though that far left activists are being put into positions of power
Could always restrain someone without cutting off their airflow. I feel like there's a moderate position here somewhere between doing nothing and killing someone. One that most people generally land on.

When you confront someone, even verbally, you have no idea how that person will react or if they have a weapon on them. You never know who has screws loose and has no problem unloading on you without any concern for jail. Even if it turns into self defense, if you seriously hurt someone you might have to answer charges.

Somehow I've managed to interact with random homeless dudes my entire life without resorting to murder. He initiated contact and had the guy restrained, there's no need to speculate about a weapon.

5 years or so ago my coworker was on his way to work and witnessed a man doing a snatch and run. He chased him down and tackled him, restrained him until a bystander could assist, then waited for the police to arrive. Didn't involve choking the life out of the guy. It's not that difficult. If you are in a position to lock on a rear naked choke you have already assumed control of the situation.

If you can't resist putting them in a chokehold and holding it until they die, then yeah, don't get involved in the first place. But most people can avoid doing that.

Most people don’t train combat sports and the adrenaline doesn’t allow clear thinking. There’s no rules in fighting outside the octagon and things can get ugly, especially if you don’t know how to fight. I know someone who had to pay huge amounts in legal fees and restitution for defending himself because he gave someone a TBI. Wasn’t his intention, but when strikes are thrown it’s a real possibility.

If you have trained enough to take the back and lock in a rear naked choke you absolutely know what the consequences of cutting off someone's airflow for several minutes is.

This isn't "I punched a guy once and he got brain damage". He choked the life out of this guy. He also initiated the physical contact so there doesn't appear to be any self defense argument.

I agree. But this is why it’s best (for their own good) if people just mind their business. There’s a risk to being a hero. Sometimes they die, sometimes they go to jail.

This is the kind of asshole who's opinion would turn on a dime after being assaulted by a crack addict on a subway.

He likely never leaves his little bubble and has awareness of what's going on NY subways

And before y'all start. Show me anywhere in the US where you can post video after video of people being harrassed and assaulted all the time.

You can't... And there were many, many more I could post after searching NY subway assault.

NY Subways are on par with 3rd World countries right now.

These videos show several disturbing trends that will only increase if Penny is convicted which is that absolutely no one does or says anything to stop the attacks when they happen. Only one person, the black lady filming, says to the one guy that punches the white girl on the face that “he’s wildin out, she a female” but that’s as strong as the protest gets.

Just posted that Daniel Penny is being sued by jordan neely’s super loving and involved family.

“Neely’s father, Andre Zachary, “demands judgment awarding damages in a sum which exceeds the jurisdictional limits of all lower Courts which would otherwise have jurisdiction,” according to the lawsuit.“

Wut, lol. Demands judgement from the NY supreme court and skips all those petty little courts in a true baller move. I am sure it was well crafted and has lots of merit. Then, after he sues Penny, a multitude of neely’s victims can come forward and sue him for anything he wins.

I posted his quotes a couple of pages ago. The left are gunning (not with actual guns, silly) even harder for him now. It almost sounds like he is saying nyc should have choked and killed neely years ago when what he means is that they should have responded to neely as a threat like Penny did. I have been saying it for over 100 pages now-Penny did what he had to do because nyc refused to take action.

Neely broke an old woman’s face and he got put into a halfway house for it and when he left, they never called to report it like they should have.

Ooh, that gives me an idea. Does anyone have Jordan neely’s father’s number??? I will suggest he sue the halfway house for letting him walk away to be murdered a few weeks later. Or or or….maybe, just maybe we can convince the dad that his son was an incredible piece of shit and he’s responsible for his own demise. It’s a shame too, because he clearly had clairvoyant powers when he got on the train and screamed that someone was gonna die today.

Neelys family smell that community money flooding in to penny the same way Daniel could smell neely during that six minute choke hold

lol… rationalizing?

Want me to post more videos. I only did quick search. But I'll be happy to vet them and post at least a dozen. There's tons of them.
You don’t have to bombard everyone with a bunch of videos that aren’t even about the topic. Just pick one good one and go with it. It takes a min just to find the backstory. It ruins your point when you have 2-3 shit videos and one good video. It just feels like I am getting text messages from a parent or grandparent. Just do a little bit of fact checking. Twitter isn’t a good source for news. They recycle a lot of old videos with different captions. It is a big city and I am sure you can find fresh video every month.

I am not here to try to police your posting. I just noticed this type of twitter posting a few times already. If you don't want to do extra work then tell me to fk off. I am absolutely cool with that too. I understand twitter interface isn't friendly on a phone.

The video of the Asian man was fact checked by reporters. It was on reddit a few times. It happened during the pandemic.

Bald headed guy. I don't know the backstory but you can clearly hear what is going on if you have the volume up. It happened in California or Chicago

The only legit video out of the bunch is the guy who punched the woman. I think he got arrested after he got identified. They doxxed the guy. He is some writer and helps with homeless youth lol. That happened during the pandemic as well. All these videos are in publicfreakout on reddit.

Publicfreakout will always be the best subreddit

LOL this is what you said. Half of the videos you posted aren't even in NY.

You aren't interested in presenting facts and I am not trying to police you. Have a good day.

Did the marine have him in a body triangle? I haven't seen much of any of this case/video/evidence. I've restrained a couple of peeps similarly and it didn't take anything close to a full choke to do it. End of the day this guy is at least getting a year for manslaughter I think.
