Everytime I look at his career I cant help but see wasted potential. The guy is a very decorated fighter( BJJ/Karate) and if he went to lightweight he would have had a wayyy better career.

He was very talented, had the striking and the ground game to pose so many problems at 155. He probably would have eventually gotten a title fight if he fought as lightweight too.

But he chose to stay at 170 where he would get manhandled and out powered. He took some bad beatings too. Now his career is a train wreck with a bunch of bad losses and he hasn’t fought in almost 2 years.

I liked gunnar a lot..yes he needs to go to 155 if he can, same think i always said about askren..

He's been injured.

With two being decisions losses one being a spilt...

Hes also 5'11 ...i.dont know if 155 is a good idea

Decision loses are just as bad lol what do you mean. An L is an L. That split decision is on the questionable side too... No matter how you slice it losing 3 of your last 4 is no bueno.

Also look at the pic with Conor above. He doesnt have alot of mass, hes slightly taller sure but he could make a 155 cut
