Goals---to lose fat and slowly get into shape and stay sharp in bjj while traveling to areas with no where to train. i do not indorse this diet as it may be very unhealthy. the workout routine will change with the ability to get to gyms, bjj schools and my work load day one 3:00 am 3 eggs 5:00 am 1 can tuna and one serving mixed nuts 7:00 am same as 5:00 9:00 am 6 ounces canned chicken and some lettuce 11:00 am leave work and go to hotel....eat 1 pack of crab meat 1:00 pm eat 1 can salmon and some mixed nuts 100 pushups, 100 crunches, 3 minutes jump rope water only to drink and lots of it, its in the 80's at night and work is mostly labor work
day 2 3:00 am 3 eggs and a jalepeno wrap 5:00 am can of tuna and mixed nuts 7:00 am. can of chicken and mixed nuts 9:00 am can of tuna and some lettuce 11:00 am leave work and eat 3 eggs and some mixed nuts 1:00 pm no food watched a movie 3:00 pm 2 sausages 5:00 pm can of tuna and some lettuce 100 push ups, 100 crunches watching some bjj dvd's to keep memory of techniques up
day three 4:00 am 3 eggs 6:00 am 1 can tuna and mixed nuts 8:00 am 1 can tuna and mixed 10:00 am 1 can chicken and mixed nuts noon mixed nuts 3:00 pm one half backed chicken water with crystal light in it 100 push ups 100 crunches
day 4 3:00 am 3 eggs and a low carb jalepeno wrap 5:00 am 1 can tuna and some mixed nuts 7:30 am same as 5:00 9:30 am 1 can chicken 12:00 1/3 backed chicken drank 8 servings of crystal light and 1 gallon of water so far today
ran a mile today in a pathetic 9:58 i am teh suck need too stretch more next time, focus more on pacing, instead of jog fast, walk, jog, walk, jog fast wore asic nimbus gel shoes
diet has gone back to the buffets for 4 days. gain focus back as of tonight. muscle milk for supper ran a mile in 9:59 walked a little less than last time
250 lbs and holding 1 mile in today at 9:28 walked only about 20 seconds past few days, diet is good one meal and bad two meals on the road a lot and hard to eat right
trained bjj once and did a private lesson, still trying to get on track, been on double shifts for a week.
watched UFC last night with some of the guys that train the Lions Den fighters. trained mma with the gi for 1 hour at buddys yesterday 1 mile this morning 8:23.......getting better started iso pure drinks for after workouts at night. starting testosterone boosters and wieghts soon
6'-0" 259 lbs. at start. broke diet today and ate one pice of pizza....and i chipped a dam tooth on it. utherwise, i am on a double shift with no sleep. so....100 pushups and 100 crunches will be it today.
took last 5 days off ate good some days and bad some days right shoulder needs surgery but i dont want to do it until i am in great shape, that way i dont get even further out of shape while recovering
