Demetrious Johnson is the most complete fighter the sport has seen. He has shown all aspects of MMA.

Great boxing, kickboxing, footwork, clinch work, submissions, sub defense, takedowns, takedown defense, transitions, KO power, solid chin, cardio, etc.

No other fighter including GSP can say they have shown more aspects of MMA than Mighty Mouse Johnson.

Both guys do everything well. Having good standup and a good ground game are key. But, these two guys do everything in between well. TDs, standing grappling, takedowns etc

There are plenty of guys with intelligence: Mighty Mouse, Cruz, Stann, Sonnen.

GSPs greatest asset is his ability to stick to a game plan despite whatever is happening in the fight. He is a master at sticking to the plan. Most guys spend all camp preparing then moments into the fight they just resort to “who they are” anyway.
