Want to be champion

Want to be a pro

Look at gsp

Not a fair comparison. He was unconscious for half of those while aliens had control of his body.

And because he isn't a fowl mouth braggart, he only gets shit on around here.

maybe if he spent less time at press conferences and more time training he could've finished more fights

GSP also had boring press conferences and boring matches.

GSP did world tours ? Did every radio and TV show ? 12 hour flight ?

GSP total and complete class act, ultimate pro and shit on by dumb sherdoggers and Dana regularly.

he also had to walk away because it all became too much

Yeah after doing it for years

Conor wants all the glory and to bypass the drudgery,

I just think he is obsessed with beating Diaz. IMO there is nothing wrong with that.

Even mentioning Conor in the same sentence with GSP is pathetic. GSP was the most mentally tough fighter in the UFC, Conor broke like a little girl after one loss.

And the UFC shit all over him after asking for time off. Seems like maybe the UFC brass are the issue here.

That's funny because GSP tapped in half a second with one second left on the clock.

That's all heart, baby. Lol

Didn't do world press tours at all plus that was pre-USADA

GSP only wanted to fight twice a year.

I said before (and was argued with) that Mcgregor's goal of fighting 4 times a year is unrealistic. And too much.

Magny, Cerrone and even Masvidal can fight 14 times in 3 years because those guys are not the center of media attention. They fly somewhat under the radar and can get away with it. Their burdens aren't as heavy.

Rousey and Mcgregor lived by the sword of the media. And not everyone is built to be a Kardashian.
