I don’t really. After I did it my appetite shrunk and I think the craving to constantly eat or snack was minimized and I think that was the source of the problem. Years of stuffing my face to help pass the time.That’s interesting...The bone broth hadn’t even crossed my mind. I’m all about stomach health these days; I make my own sauerkraut and kombucha. I might try this starting tomorrow and I’ll report back. Do you still drink bone broth currently to keep up with the gut health?
