She and the media have been portraying this as her own work and it's been used to push the idea that she's knowledgeable on all this stuff. It's a complete fraud. Did anyone not already know that? She's writing lectures? Heh.

All that press when they changed her social media information to mock Donald Trump whenever he talked about her and pretended like she was the one doing that. Pfft.

UPDATE: The Indian guy is a climate activist who works for the UN and has apparently been writing in her name since 2018.
