Absolutely, Silva barely lost a round in 10 years whilst Fedor got outgrappled and dominated everytime he fought someone with decent takedowns. Not to mention Fedor lost 4 times to low tier opponents (losing records included) and fought in a weak division.

I don't know to be honest. Anyone who argues Fedor, GSP or Silva (Anderson) gets no argument from me, it's all a matter of choice. FWIW I think GSP is still generally underrated, he has a great resume, he just doesn't finish his opponents like Silva or Fedor, I think that's why he's not rated up there with them.

Fedor's prime was in Pride which was bigger then the UFC then. Like Anderson he was in the top org of his day.

The big difference I see is that the HW division of Pride was arguably the toughest division in his org and all of MMA and many of the world's top fighters were battling to get shots at him. The MW division in the UFC was arguably the weakest of all the none expansion divisions during Anderson's reign with none of the UFC top fighters in it save for Hendos brief drop. Only HW is ever mentioned as being as weak.
