Cause when you get to everyone whoe been a champion in some promotion there's A LOT of major org gatekeepers and lower ranked guys who've been champions in some promotion or another.

Ortega
Ngannou

It makes more sense to direct this to older or retired fighters, Ortega and Ngannou have a lot of time left.
Assuncao, Benevidez, Swanson, Ferguson, Fitch, Romero, Teixeira and Fedor come to mind. I realize some of these guys held titles in second rate organizations, but it shouldn't be considered a world title unless you fought the best.
