Disrespectful to put Grasso and Peña in the same sentence. Grasso has legit skills. Amazing hands, good boxing skills, foot work; technical, speed…. Sure she has holes in her game but damn…Peña isn’t even in the same planet as far as ability goes.

Valentina going into the rematch isn’t a sure fire win. She’s going to have her hands full if though she should obviously still be the favorite ….

Pena got dominated in the first round and even dropped, Amanda's gas tank went from full to empty in the minute between rounds (probably die to long covid) and Pena took over, the rematch between Val and Alexa will look noting like Nunez vs Pena 2.

Val can beat her in a rematch if she plays a strict ground gameplan. Val is aging though. Her reflexes are not sharp. I never seen her take punches like that in a fight. It's a bit sad to see that go. I also never seen her throw a spinning attack that missed like that.

It’s insulting to even insinuate that Alexa has anything in common with Peña. Valentina is in a difficult situation. She is going to get the rematch and should be the favorite…but Grasso isn’t going to be easy. She has shown she can land and has the heat/speed behind those shots to get Valentines attention in a big way.

Most of Amanda’s abuse in the rematch came from a vicious head collision. It destroyed Amanda’s face. Peña look absolutely atrocious in the rematch. I mean, I don’t even think I’ve ever seen a fighter look that out classed in recent memory. She was so amateurish. Also that fight went 5 rounds because Peña is tough as hell…it had nothing to do with her ability. Grasso was in the fight against Valentina because of her ability/skill set.

Grasso is technical and again has a ton of ability in those hands. Valentina should be the favorite in the rematch but this isn’t a walk in the park. She has to be very careful because Grasso has shown she can hurt and land on her.
