GOTHAM (Season 3 Premieres Sept. 19)

What the hell people the first episode was awesome. I loved it. The fertilizer bomb was a little ridiculous but I guess the show is in the first place.
 
I haven't watched an episode since episode 5 last year. I decided to watch the premiere tonight and fairly enjoyed it. The show fixed one of the biggest problems for me; getting rid of Fish Mooney. So glad that characters gone.

Now, there is still one huge problem plaguing this show. And that is Bruce Wayne himself. I stand by my belief he will be Batman by age 18, maybe earlier lol. I was facepalming when he was dropping wisdom to Gordon and Alfred. At the fvcking age of 12. Show needs to drop him to improve further.
 
Premeire was meh, was excited for it and it let me down. Hope next week is better
 
When will Batman show up in the series? Will he show up in the shows
finale or in a couple more seasons?

It was boring, I'm not telling them how to do their job though. Not complaining about every little segment and micro analyzing. Also one of the reasons it sucked was for some reason during the premiere Fox was having technical difficulties and the sound was off center for a good portion of the show.
 
Oh boy! My first ratings post for the year!

Season 2 premiere pulled a 1.6/4.57mil. This put it next to last in it's time slot (only ahead of the CW) and down from the S2 Finale (1.7/4.93mil). I suspect Gotham won't be breaking back into the 2.0/6mil range which it fell out of following it's long break between S1E18 and S1E19.
 
I didn't think it was boring at all. This show isn't all about action though. Last season only had little bursts of it here and there too. And should know by now every show saves the best for last.
 
Did anyone notice Tommy Bones in Penguins crew?

Does this mean that the Maroni crew got absorbed with the Falcone crew working under Penguins umbrella? (pun intended)


If so this is a bit crazy since Maroni and Falcone have relatives with the latter playing a substantial role in the comics. I wonder if Alberto is going to make a debut.


Either way, penguins rise seemed to fast and I am STILL upset about Maroni dying like that! :mad:

Gordon getting fired and then reinstated in the same episode was pretty dumb.
 
Didn't find the episode boring at all. I quite enjoyed but as another poster said the indoor fertilizer bomb was a bit dumb.

Fucking line of the episode. Not sure if it was supposed to be funny, but I cracked up.

Oh, and Tabitha... oh my.
 
I guess that child will be batgirl when she grows up.
 
Well it was confirmed they were dating a few months ago so I'm not surprised.
 
I liked the first episode.
 
Decent-ish season premiere.

I just hate it every time Gordon visits lil Wayne and gives him so much reverence and all the pretentious oath he keeps bringing up.

I dislike Barbara for most of season 1 but I like her new psycho persona in season 2.
