That certainly makes it more difficult, if you really feel like your rights were violated I would start by calling your state labor commission and seeing what they think. From what you're saying though it doesnt sound like it'd be worth hiring a lawyer, imo.

This accoured 4 hours ago, I'm cooled off now, I'm still upset but I'm not the type of person to go do anything wreckless.
