They said things are going to get worse so I would stock up if you can. If food prices keep going up we could see riots and revolution.

His point is probably that he views inflation as a rise in prices due to an increase in the money supply instead of an increase in prices due to other factors.

I personally think it’s misleading to call what we are experiencing as inflation, but nobody is disputing that things are more expensive now.

The goods and services supply didn't rise as fast.

So, you have rising prices.

You need more money to buy goods and services.

I think the inflation number is a lot higher.
