Basically i need to do some workouts at home with as little equipment as possible, i'm pretty lean and kinda muscular. I don't know how, considering i sit on my ass 24 hours a day on a computer

I used to walked a hour everyday to and from school for 5 years and had warehouse/construction jobs

But nowadays i only seem to do pushups and i want to do other things

I found an ab rollout wheel at the thrift store for 50 cents

Step 1 - Buy a bar and some plates.

Step 2 - Squat.

Step 3 - Deadlift.

Step 4 - Repeat.

Step 5 - Enjoy your super-functional core strength, with the added benefit of not being a weak pussy.

Chinnes, Leg Raises, Knee Raises, BW Russian twists, Hand Roll Outs, V-Ups, Turkish Get-ups with some sort of weight in hand, Side Crunches, Planks, Weighted Deadlift Twists....Ross Enamait is a god.
All these exercises can be done with minimal equipment and when put together in core circuits they become a monstrous core routine that will produce a great core.

I'll assume you left curls out by accident. You are forgiven.
