Birth control causes serious blood clots in 3 to 9 women per 10 000 using the medication, way higher than the AstraZeneca and J&J rates.

Without a lockdown this would be so much worse.

Lockdowns were rolled out poorly and stretched out too long and it has led to covid fatigue and anger from businesses that have been unfairly getting it worse than others.

You think that might have something to do with the ICU's being at capacity? They're sending adults to sick kids. Shipping patients to Toronto from Thunder Bay.

Police said an investigation determined that the five had arrived on the Island from Ontario less than hour earlier.

All five were charged under the Public Health Act for failure to self-isolate as required.

These lockdowns need to end. The few people who are vulnerable do not outweigh keeping the integrity of the free west. Get the vaccine, stay inside, do both, whatever. Your health is on you. This nonsense needs to end. It's nothing more than a wealth and power grab.

The hotels / QC's are logging and reporting.
You might not be immediately pushed back in but you’ll find a nice 4 figure ticket waiting for you, in a few days.

Speaking from real experience, not some right wing Pravda wannabe rag like most out here.

Your own post, a few up, proves that.
You can run but you can’t hide. Best just finish your quarantine and then get out.

When the fine for violating is less than the cost of the two week stay it's pointless. The proper way to do it is how new Zealand did.

Dude there's no point in arguing with that guy. He'd stay locked down in his house forever if the government demanded it so. He's quick to say things like 'YOUNG PEOPLE AND CHILDREN DYING AT HIGH RATES!!' and then never actually provides any data or numbers to back up said claim.

NEXT UP! HEALTH OFFICIALS SAY COVID SPREADS THROUGH INTERNETZ SO SHUT DOWN COMPUTER AND SIT QUIETLY IN YOUR HOUSE ALONE UNTIL IT SAFE TO COME OUT!!! FOR YOUR HEALTH!!! DO YOUR PART!!!!

The fines aren’t a one time thing, buddy. They are issued for every breach of compliance.
Just like a speeding ticket doesn’t mean you can continue tearing it up all day.

Repeated violations or non compliance can invite the mega fine of up to $750'000 and / or criminal proceedings.

Good luck fighting its legality or appropriateness in court while explaining to your bank / creditors / family why you have a massive lien on your assets.

I warned everyone about this last year and here we are.

I remember having people cuss me out and wish death on me in this very forum for saying exactly what you are saying here.

Peel shutting down workplace that have five or more covid cases. The workplaces have been the issue for the most part. This will hopefully hood them accountable.

I don't believe this for one second. Having a child that goes to Sick Kids every so often myself, it is super busy. Lots of kids and parents all over the place. I highly doubt they are bringing in adult patients with covid into that hospital when they have so many kids that are immunocompromised and have other issues.

** I stand corrected, it appears that they will have 8 beds for those under 40, if all the other hospitals cannot take these patients.
