Why? Because whilst our country has screwed the approach to covid economically, they haven't included motor bike crashes as covid victims or offered financial incentive to say a death was covid? The vaccine mandate for certain workers is shit, the push for teenagers to vaccinate is crap(but not mandated) and they even shot themselves in the foot by backing a vaccine they later stopped for certain people to ensure it was safe enough or people knew the risks.

All the experimental vaccine arguments etc from the US are almost irrelevant here. The only one left is if the vaccinated all die. The country took the liability of the co businesses. I got hospitalised after my first vaccine and didn't pay a cent. That's what people in the US don't understand with all this. Australia didn't get it perfect, but they paid people to stay home and close their businesses(not enough for some, but too much for others), approved the vaccine before mandating anything and then cover your medical bills in relation to it.
