You said that no one took the vaccine in Africa, why should I believe you? lol And it's really no secret why Africas population has been growing. They've had high fertility rates, well above the global average for decades. Because of this they also have a young, broad population base which will drive growth for decades. Since the 90's they've also had major improvements in available medicine and child vaccination rates which has brought the infant mortality rate way down.

Fertility rates are the highest in the world at 4.5
