I saw a submission grappling tournament was going on at a local high school and ducked in. I watched 3 matches. 1 ended in RNC, another by points, and another by gogoplata.

calo i agree using the rubberguard holds them in place nicely they usually seem to think im gonna go for a triangle or omo from here then i just sneak the foot in and grb the head while pushing up on my heel with either an open hand or my other foot
