Thats a good call and true, FOTN would double up to the guy who made weight.

I kind of agree but then you are also penalizing the guy who did make weight and put on an incredible fight.

Well that's not true. Every weight miss fotn would both go to the guy who made weight because weight misses were ineligible for bonuses

they used to give double to the guy who made weight when that happened,
 
Didn't Marlon Vera get the whole $100,000 bonus against Rob Font due to Font missing weight? Pink Goof isn't following his own rules anymore.
 
Conspiracy time..

Neal was told to stop cutting, that way if he beat shavkat, there was a built in excuse of Neal missing weight, over turned to NC.

I would be fine with that but I have never heard of that before. I have heard that the winner gets a % of the overweight fighters purse.

That would be a massive boost for a fighter on a 10/10 or a 20/20 to get 50k for fight of the night and another 50k since the guy he was fighting didn't make weight. I don't see that happening but it should.

I think he did which is absolute bullshit since he kneed a guy in the nuts to get the takedown.

That was such an underwhelming performance in my mind. He took two mins to sub a guy who had been low blowed and was talking to the ref the whole time.
 
He should not.. but whatever. Shavkat took years off his life and career.
 
He was courageous to fight shavkat. He deserves it. The missing weight was done to equilibrate the fight.

Believe that’s a rule with the respective athletic commissions. It probably just changes how they’re paid. You’re already forfeiting 20-30% of your purse. If you redeem yourself in the arena and put on a spectacular performance like Neal did, you should get the Red Goof bonus.
 
He got the shit kicked out of him pretty bad. Worst beating of his career. I say give it to him
