If he didn't and they gave one to a guy who missed weight, that just makes it clear there is no standard for UFC.

They didn't just skip fights for FOTN consideration if a guy missed weight. It was precedent that if a missed weight fight got FOTN, the guy who made weight got BOTH bonuses, so really Shavkat is the one getting screwed here. Neal missed weight, and Shavkat should be $50,000 richer
