The top game stood out pre-UFC. It's good to see he's using TD's more to let his strength show. He talked about loving boxing and Tyson for a while. Probably still does. But the top game BJJ is his main thing. It's one of the best across divisions. Opponents struggle getting up.

True, and it's smart to do so because older guys can grapple better than strike usually.

But a lot of the top contenders are over 35. What the fuck happened to that weight class? LHW and HW used to be the best divisions. Now they're about the worst.

people dont see the point in fighting a fighter who is taught to cheat. Jons eye poke style was developed by that little snake greg jackson. Remember when glover got his retina detached by Jons pokes? Eye pokes, steroids.. cant take anyone down, but took DC down at will. Jon is a fraud. It just goes to show how good Jones is. People always brush his wins saying he only beat past prime fighters but he's also destroyed many elite fighters in their absolute prime.

Glover is only having success because Corey and Phil aren’t there. Dude would be nowhere near a title shot if the UFC wasn’t cheap. UFC LHW is shit. It’s hilarious how casuals think he’s had a “resurgence.” Nope. Not even close.

The way Jones destroyed all his top level opponents(except Gus the first fight) is crazy.

DC’s whole life was dedicated to beating Jones and he never even came close.

To be fair DC was doing pretty damn well in the 2nd fight prior to the stoppage.

He was always a tough dude who was especially difficult to beat for someone with less experience. Because he's just very durable and hangs in there. He puts the pressure on you and tests your will.

Me neither but just "his shape impressed me" sounded like I'm describing a geometrical object lol, I figured that since it was his physical/fitness/fight shape I was talking about I had to clarify haha. It did sound different indeed.
