Truth is that if you take care of yourself and are lucky with injuries you can age pretty well.

Glover changed a little bit his style to a more grappling oriented and is doing amazing. His grappling actually improved a lot... specially his wrestling (his BJJ was always nasty).

Nice. I did my 1st MMA fight at 44. Fought a 21 yr old mexican kick boxer kid. Still fit and plan to keep it that way.

He may not be, but he has a path to victory vs both Jan and Izzy. Would absolutely maul both of them if he got them on the ground, and his combination of boxing, good wrestling, and old man strength gives him a shot to get it there.
