Glove sizes ?

I wanna get the Sherdog gloves. however how do i knwo which is my hand size. They dont have charts. what do you measure and how do i know thanks.

If was looking to just punch the bag, would it be worth it to get the UFC gloves, or get the ones designed for training. Stupid question i know, but i prefer finger cut gloves, cause i could use them elsewhere around the gym.

does anyone hav any gloves here? im debating between the KOTC gloves and Sherdog blury blue lol. however Shooto looks cool but im not familiar with them
