Didn't read thread, but having a very low tolerance for bullshit, I would drop her. Second option is to talk to her and make it clear you don't tolerate bullshit. "I love you, but I don't like games, up to you." Be strong and move on, if needed. Find someone less problematic. It's really that simple. Not easy. But simple.

edit: the point here is you have to have the attitude that you can move on and will thrive, or she will take you for granted. It's damn hard when you're young, but once you stack the deck in your favor, the world is your oyster.
