I've never understood that logic. Why him ? Unless he knows she has a BF, she's the one that needs her break lines cut. Don't cut them right away though, pretend for a few weeks like everything is fine, especially in public. Make sure you go places and show public displays of affection. Her parents house for dinner....etc. Then, in 3-4 weeks, wake up in the middle of the night and slice those bad boys like you're gutting a fish.
That bitch will have lots of time to contemplate her transgressions against you while she's plummeting off the cliff at the first turn.

Just concentrate on finishing highschool, getting a job and being your own place first. Once you get older, you can start worrying about women and relationships.
 
Unless you're a complete psycho, in my experience the second you have to start questioning or analyzing a woman's behaviour it's time to move on. You shouldn't have to talk to or chide her about flirting with other guys. Either she respects you and sees your value, or she doesn't. And if she doesn't, she can kick rocks.
 
Best outcome is to demote her to a side piece. You're still getting some, but aren't obligated to give a shit or put in effort.
