It's alright. B&W with a lot of filters and photoshop. She is clearly holding her gut in, but she didn't do enough to hide the fat arms. It's essentially a fake photo given that we know how she looks even at important things like premieres and filming the Star Wars show.

She had to plan it, then photoshop the image to death to delete all the fat. Or even worse pay someone to do this and know everyone who knows her realizes its fake .
