Past couple of days I was reading up the various news articles on the passing of Carl Weathers. One article had Gina Carano paying tribute to him. This particular article says that one of the reasons she was fired was for the following comments on the treatment of Jews in Nazi Germany:

It's correct she said that, but that's out of context with the entirety of her comments. The point she was making is that people were turned against the Jews first in order to next persecute and eventually extinguish them.

This is why there are lawsuits. It’s not black and white. And so the civil case is presented to a judge, and or jury.

And they decide whom is right, or wrong. Appeals in different courts. Maybe all the way to the US Supreme Court sometimes.
