you know google is at your finger tips right. Like you can fact check the history of obesity as a status symbol throughout history.

you can do a simple little search about what constitutes obesity and what it does to you health wise. and the hundreds of billions in medical bills it leads to every year in the modern USA.

I could think up a great snarky reply but I don't feel like it right now. when you talk like you are doing it shows youre obviously unteachable and not going to risk doing any research whatsoever. So boring and cliche.

In most places other than USA and Australia, that condition is considered obese and unhealthy ... not desirable and athletic.

The additional facts that she is relatively young, a former sportsperson, gets roles as a fighter in movies and tv series ... make her present condition all the more surprising and baffling IMO.

I’ve read over 10,000 hours about Greek history, you are 100% wrong and your best friend google can show you that too, they had Olympiads... they were VERY VERY much into being in good physical shape and wrote poems about each other’s hard bodies.

Ok greek master. We get it. Me mentioning greece was not the important part of my post. It was not the gist of what I was getting at. It wasn't even an important tidbit. it was a joke.

If I was inaccurate about greece being at one of the times obesity was seen as a status symbol I so humbly apologize to such a fucking amazing intellectual like you.

Maybe it was the romans I was thinking of. Maybe it wasn't even the romans. would it fucking matter to the point I was making?

You are now saying that when you told me to google something when I said you were wrong you were actually joking... it’s a lot easier to admit you were wrong and move on but instead you attack like a child, I’m wrong 100 times a day and I never react negatively to being corrected, because I like to learn.

Wasn’t even the point ? Then it should that much easier to move past it but here you are crying through your tissue about it instead of saying “shit I was wrong about that” that’s literally it ! No apologies needed, no crying needed and I guarantee you that you would feel better manning up and admitting a mistake instead of crying a river about it

I literally said I might have been wrong about greece. I gave you that olive branch. An easy one to extend because the comment really didn't matter much in the first place.

I apologize to the healthy skinny greek historical culture. i'm sure they did crossfit or whatever.

I studied history and I never read about being obese as a status symbol. I know its like that in certain african cultures as you wrote because hunger is so prevalent they show to have enough to eat. In animistic religions godesses of fertility often are portrayed as obese but its more about showing big breasts and pelvis because of them being able to get and nurture babies.

In Rome it was the norm even leaders went into battle with their armies. There are many documents (Caesars bellum gallicum...etc) that they would live and eat like there is no tomorrow and then go into battle preparations and live like soldiers for years (Tiberius). They were hard men and I am not even sure for most of the duration of Rome if there were obese people.

What I read in latin poetry about their preferred women they were expected to be slim (Catullus). But its been a long time.

Imo the most disting difference nowadays is if you go to japan or korea. Someone like Gina would be considerer ultra fat. Especially Japan they eat mostly healty and the norm is just that there are very few obese people. Thats why Sumo is also part of the attraction for japanese people (while Sumotori are in general very healthy during their careers despite their weight)

And frankly she has a beautiful face. I don't see any issue here. She's almost 40. Most female celebrities pushing 40 have had a ton of surgery and starve themselves..
