Media Gilbert Burns intense training preparation for Khamzat.

Not saying this will happen but imagine doing all that training, working so hard and you get knocked out in 30 seconds
Dan Hooker loss took him a couple of minutes, that aint much different than losing in 30 seconds i guess.

PS: I usually feel robbed when anticipated fights end quickly, for the fighters it must be hard to go through that.

All that training and he'll still get starched early in the 1st. War Khazmat.

Burns is preparing for misery. He knows this is a fight that could easily come down to who wants it more. Very smart training here. Force yourself to train striking, clinching, and TDD from an exhausted state.

This is how you prepare for a monster up and comer. War Burns.

Burns is such a great guy, could say Whitaker lvl of gentleman. That said, Khamzat is a young, wild, hungry beast and will bring everything to the table. Anything can happen in mma and I like both guys, my prediction is Chimagoat by decision after a grueling battle. He will look human for the first time.

I never thought about that so yeah... i hope he's done sessions before tbh.

We do 90 and it doesnt zap nothing you push through it, I honestly just dont think cardio is his strong point. I just see Khamzat doing the same thing and screaming wooooo all the way through it.

I can see hes working extra hard at it though so I cannot knock his effort at all. I believe him when he says he hates it but some people arent naturally good at cardio. I used to run cross country non stop so for me its not a problem (not to compare cos i lack in actual fighting skill ) but my run away game is strong and you wont catch me.

We do 180 and it doesn't zap anything and I used to run cross continent

What's that machine called where he's basically vertically biking with his hands and feet at the same time?
