Somebody that visits for a few years on a work or student visa or somebody married in the US but still mid-process are not US citizens.

Once you receive a citizenship, you are no longer a foreigner, and it wouldnt against the constitution to deport you at this point. Hell idk what that even means since it would technically be against the dictionary if we are being precise. It would be called exile then, not deporting.

They are important to Billionaires and Millionaires plus politicians like to use them for votes as they are usually poor and respond to handouts and the Cartel uses them as mules.
