Cerrone went to war with Matt Browne ONE MONTH BEFORE THIS FIGHT. Cerrone had actually gotten wobbled/hurt in his fight against Browne and while his fight-anytime-anywhere attitude is why everyone loves him, in this instance it was the wrong choice to make.

I feel like Masvidal only brings it when theres genuine animosity that he has against a fighter. I never saw him so angry. When he fought Cerrone, even through the tv, I could just feel the bad blood they had. If he doesnt have animosity, he wont give it his all, he'll just see it as business. Like when he fought Henderson, dude was one centimeter away from the Lightweight fucking championship of the world but he just wasnt as aggressive as he should've been. Everyone else other than Cerrone hes been cool/neutral withm

I think it's more like people are overlooking the fact that Cerrone had fought just one month prior against Browne in which he got knocked down and hurt.
