Make what?.

You gotta find your niche bro.

I know of two dumb, fat Hispanic brothers who went to my high school who started their own HVAC company here in Phoenix. They are dumb as rocks but they know how to fix an A/C and they do it cheap. They made 700K last year.
Hvac in arizona

That’s like $3000 savings a year at the expense of a delicious daily pizza and coffee. Not worth it.
so many people go to work just to pay for going to work. coffee energy drinks lunch snacks etc. at the end of the day you probably made like $10.

Maybe you’re right.

No children? Do you want them?

None yet. I'm in my early 30s. Can always start a family later as a man. I'm happy with my money and freedom right now though.

Bangkok is the most visited city in the world btw. It is a world-class city.

How to get rich
Don’t get divorced or have kids to pay child support

pick a vocation where there is demand and growth opportunity. Ie start your own business don’t be employed. Mow lawns. Fix plumbing. Install Hvacs

work smart and hard

invest money in renewable income

don’t buy stupid crap like liquor or bmws

30 years old.

I’m working my ass off out here and can’t get comfortable to save my life.

I’m a hardworking talented mortgage advisor in Toronto. Will make around $130,000 this year Canadian. That isn’t even 100k USD this year but I’m outperforming the rest of my team.

Own one condo I’m renting out and the other one I live in.

Gotta pay child support my ex and support my kid.

Can’t afford a house in this city because they are starting at 1 million.

Can’t afford a new BMW because half my income goes to taxes.

Most Canadians are surviving on a lot less money.

It’s just hard to make it in this city. Canadian doctors and lawyers don’t even make a huge amount of money on average.

I want a lake-house overviewing the water and other nice things. I’m willing to work hard and sacrifice. Just don’t know how.

Just a regular prick trying to make it.
130K at 30 Y-O in Canada is nothing to be ashamed about, you are doing well.

1. Kill ex and child.
2. Move to a more affordable city.
3. Embezzle money from your new job.
4. ???
5. End up in jail Profit

I am not willing to accept jokes like that, even if jokes.

That's the one boundary where you'll see me go full soccer-mom.

Fuck you, you piece of shit.

that may be true for like your average millionaire but I'm pretty as far as the ULTRA rich are concerned, something like 98% of it is generational wealth.

The ultra rich are self made. Buffett, Gates, Bezos, Bezos wife... ok maybe not that last one, but she's not generational either.

And I believe it's more like 90% of millionaires are self made. ..of course they are not all ballers. Most have just saved and invested their entire lives and have a paid off home. Achieving a net worth of a million or more is not that difficult. I believe there are ten million millionaires in the US alone

How many hours do you spend working these days?

My parents are self-made entrepreneurs, and their circle of friends are similar. So growing up, I've met quite a lot of them. And they all share a few traits in common:

1. Embracing the hustle: 100+ hour work week is the norm.
2. Willingness to take risks: They all have stories of how much they've stretched themselves thin financially or with time.
3. Very little time between planning and execution: If they have a good idea, it's almost implemented immediately.

The key thing with making more money is once you have an active income source like a business, and it's developed to a point where pouring additional money would yield limited growth, that's when you start diversifying.

If you want to actually have a shot at getting rich Im pretty sure you have to work for yourself, otherwise you're just making someone else rich. At this point I'm just happy living comfortably, wish I had a head for business though.

Your income is likely inflated due to the high cost of living and high real estate prices there.

you make a 100k a year and you are not rich? along with your properties?

of course things might cost more but still 100k is rich as fuck

hold on a sec you might be trolling lol
Different places I guess.

In Argentina with 100k per year you are filthy rich.. really really filthy. Like Fuck You rich... banging models, etc.

Still TS.. I would not pursue money that much. You will end up rich but being pathetic as fuck. Try to enjoy life. 30 years old is a great age and you should be more focused on your child instead of wanting expensive cars and houses to compensate for your small penis.
