Yup. Just with the leaks and drips and drabs of the Mueller investigation, and not the report itself, we already have irrefutable proof that the Russians did in fact meddle in the election in favour of Donald Trump. We also have for fact that the Trump Campaign at many levels, including its Campaign Chair had ongoing links and coordination with Russians, before the campaign, during the campaign and after the campaign.
That alone justifies the Mueller Investigation and makes it already a success. this cannot be refuted. It has ALREADY achieved its set out purpose and yet there is still so much more to come.

This is the Investigation Trump fears the most and has suggested it would be war. The one he told his AG and Mueller would be a "Red Line' and if they went there he would fire everybody and thus why Mueller just passed it on to a group Trump has less direct control over.
The Prosecutors Who Have Declared War on the President
This is the investigation that is looking at Trump's Financial Organization and his Campaign Finance. They have Weinstein and Cohen who know where all the bodies are buried, cooperating. Trump tried to put in place a friendly USASD to try and gain control of this investigation.
This is the investigation that everyone from Dershowitz, to Giuliani says is the biggest threat to Trump and now the Congress Committee is coming after him on that too. They have just subpoenaed Deutsche Bank which no one else had prior due to Trumps threat about it being the Red Line. Congress is the one group Trump truly has not control over and cannot threaten or replace anyone.
This investigation will be the one to truly bury Trump imo. 30+ years of Russian dealings he was denying all coming back to haunt him.
