i have been lifting weights for a little over a year now and doing some low intensity cardio and and bag work and have been starting to run in the mornings since its getting nicer out here in ontario now that winter is over.
I was just wondering if anyone can suggest a specific routine that would increase my muscle tone and cut me up. Like i said i have been following "bodybuilding" routines mostly but havent seen as much progress as id like. My diet is good i eat high protein mostly coming from chicken breasts , egg whites and whey. carbs coming from oats , fruits and veggies.
Im just bored overall...
