Get a critique of WWE Boxing (with takedowns)?

Apparently WWE essentially had a boxing tournament with takedowns called Brawl For All. I never knew it was a legit tournament.

Tbf those guys are really big and strong and by average joe street brawling standards they are tough and know how to fight in bar brawls they would most likely whipethe floor with 99% of the population but compared to professional fighters whetehr it's boxing, kickboxing or MMA they are shit.
The gap between pro fighters and average people is so big most people even fight fans who never trained have no idea.

I'm pretty sure Ken Shamrock was under contract to the WWE at that time and I always wondered why he wasn't included in that. I assume that they just didn't want him in it. I'm also fairly certain Dan Severn was under contract to the WWE then as well.

WWE Boxing is freaking stupid lol. Put an amateur boxer in there and the wrestlers are done. Boxer just needs to take a couple of classes on sprawling and takedowns and he's golden. Even if he doesn't get it, he doesn't have to fear it because it is very hard to get taken down with boxing gloves if you sprawl.

this point needs to be highlighted, most of these guys would mop the floor w/the large majority of people on the street; trained or not the average person isn't fucking w/these dudes in a real fight.

when compared to pros who train/fight all the time, they look terrible; but large majority of the people we know or train w/would look terrible when compared to the best of the best

yeah that dude is a legit boxer...people would be surprised how many people in all sorts of walks of life actually train and can fight..
