I don't know, Lennox was so smart, I only saw him in a real brawl with Klitschko and that was only because he was fat and out of shape and getting desperate. He generally was very smart about how he fought. He fought great punchers like Tua, Tyson and fought smart, of course a bigger guy is going to have advantages they didn't but Lennox usually fought smart. I never watched the Mercer fight, that was one where they say he should have lost.

I don't want to sound dramatic, but this is the first time my tears have fallen for someone I didn't personally know. Not even Maradona or Ali, athletes I admired, hit me this hard when they passed. But Foreman I admired him not just as an athlete, but for how he reinvented himself and for his faith. A true man in every sense of the word.

I just saw this actor in a movie that I watched the other night called The Watcher. Maika Monroe is in it.

Within the last 15 years Frazier (67), Ali (74) & Foreman (76) all passed away. Sad.

and all lived comparatively short lifespans. small wonder many champions don't want their kids going into this sport.

One of my favorite sports memories as a kid was his fight with moorer. I was 10 and we had just gotten HBO the month prior. Didn't see the fight live but watched the next morning. Moms had made chorizo and eggs and I was channel surfing and came across the replay halfway through. Watched till the end and I've been a boxing enthusiast ever since. What a moment. Such a great memory.
