JB - bringing in false reports, your breaking news game is weak AF :)

RFA 42 tonight.. I'm expecting odds on this sometime today ;)
Do you actually have a lean on the co-main or main events? I watched the interviews on MMA Oddsbreaker with some of the main card fighters so I'm somewhat familiar with what is at stake tonight, but I'm not so confident either way unless I just want to just bet the underdogs on principal as I often do with AXS TV cards.

But will there even be odds tonight for RFA at all? Less than 7 hours till the first RFA televised fight and still no odds

I don't know anything about anyone fighting on these RFA fights, but I'm concussed and at home all weekend, so I'll gladly tail some of your bets :)

9 Straight UFC weekends.

Stole from reddit:

Hard to be confident anywhere here. Giagos is expensive at -265. Maybe Alex Perez despite coming off two losses over former Xplode Fight Series can crusher Ray Elizalde? Cody Bollinger is also expensive at -270. I want action to entertain myself tonight, but this card is pure gambling.

RFA 42: Giagos vs. Estrazulas
AUGUST 19, 2016
Visalia Convention Center | Visalia, California

Main Card
AXS TV, 10 p.m. ET

Arthur Estrazulas +185
Christos Giagos -265

Alex Perez +160
Ray Elizalde -210

Anthony Avila +190
Cody Bollinger -270

I'd make a blind bet on Avila +190 if I were you.

Bollinger doesn't offer much after the first round, and he's mentally weak, and 2-3 in his last 5 fights with those 2 wins coming against guys who were 0-3 and 9-17 at the time he beat them. Avila hasn't fought in 1.5 years, but he at least trains with a good camp @ Team Alpha Male, and won't be undersized.

Bollinger's on short notice but his last two losses were against Titan FC lightweight champion Freddy Assuncao and featherweight champion Andrew Harrison who he went to decision with though. Alright, I talked myself into it with the short notice:

RFA 42 Risk $100.00
Anthony Avila (+190) vs Cody Bollinger $100.00 for $190.00

Yeah, I can read his fighter profile, too. :)

Just saying that Bollinger is overrated, and only gets love cuz of his older fights when we thought he was a hot prospect who would win TUF and might do well in the UFC. I watched his fights against Assuncao, Harrison, and Moraes, and he looked mediocre in all of them.

Bollinger could win tonight, but I bet he won't look good doing it, and I'd never touch him at -270 against any decent regional fighter.

Edit: I didn't know Bollinger is on short notice for this fight. That's more of a reason to fade him. If Avila had a full camp for whomever he was originally preparing for, I'd bet half a unit on him for sure.

On Bollinger and stabbing Estrazulas. No idea on the other fight yet.

yea, no bets on rfa for me tonight. i only watched tape on avila and estrazulas, since i at least have a frame of comparison on their respective opponents. i think bollinger and giagos take their fights.

estra is a muay thai guy who has the unenviable "regional fighter who wins mostly by sub and loses via sub" -- i don't like taking that type of fighter against ufc caliber fighters.... and i DO think giagos is worthy of another shot in the ufc. he lost to burns and wade.. and then yea, he lost to emmett after being cut, but we saw in emmett's debut: that dude is LEGIT.

bollinger has a significant wrestling edge if he wants it imo, in the avila fight. if he isn't getting the better of the standup, i think he takes avila down at will. likely goes to decision.. avila seems pretty tough, but yea. no bet.

no idea whatsoever on the 3rd bettable fight
