Other mammals don't travel to space or build nanotechnology. People need to stop comparing humans to animals. So it was observed in animal behavior that they clean each other asses with their tongues. Should that be encouraged among humans because it was observed in other mammals? Yes you should. Being gay might be a choice for some who are borderline and choose to swing over but it's definitely not a choice for many. We have hard scientific evidence for the biological mechanism that causes it. It's to do with the mothers immune system and how many males she's given birth too. Gay men (most) have different fingerprints also as a result of the different womb environment.

I have come to realize very recently that someone I grew up with now is gay.

I grew up with a few kids from different families, and we are still all friends. Our families are friends as well, and we are pretty tight. Years ago the younger brother of my friend was rumoured to be gay. I never thought it be true until when I was introduced by my friend to his brothers "partner". Bruhhh
