Tbh if there was the will to kick the lobby in the balls, the whole clown writers strike could have been avoided by hiring people actually willing to work

Like for many other fields where people are in position of paint the narrative on their own unreplaceable talent, there's an over-exteem of the skill of estabilished writers as if some talented young one could never dream of reach their greatness

Still believe some decent no-name writer could have done last season of Game of Thrones much better, likely even multiple of the late seasons

He has a great voice. If he doesn't covet the spotlight and attention and just wants to pursue his craft for arts sake kid will probably have a fucking great life.

Money is already set and he seems smart and fairly grounded.
