I don’t think anyone expects Lewis to set the pace. Doesn’t mean he can’t land a big punch
 
He can, people said the same about Blaydes, Volkov etc.

Lewis just needs that one punch and has proved that.
 
If Lewis doesn't get the KO in the first 2 rounds, I think he will tire out and lose. Gane looks to be in great shape and able to go 5 rounds.

It's going to be an interesting matchup; and Lewis is guaranteed title fight money.

As a fan of the sport and the fighters, I'm ok with it.

And of course, I'd be as happy with a Gane technical drubbing as I'd be with one of Lewis' Hail Mary One punch KOs.
 
How many Gane nuthugging threads is TS going to make? I'm a big Gane fan but even I want you to shut the fuck up. This is as annoying as another Ackmed thread about Islam
 
Well, out pointing Lewis is not a big deal. Volkov did it for over 14 minutes. It’s just that one shot power that Lewis has that could make the difference.
 
If past BB fights are any indication, Gane will dominate him for 24 minutes and 50 seconds and then Lewis will come out of nowhere and KO him.
 
That's the sad part. It will probably look like the Jair fight. BB deserved his TS rematch with mgumbo

People are too high on Gane. He gets hit alot. No way BB doesn't crack that chin at least a few times
 
I don't pick against Lewis. He's too fun to watch and I don't want to root against that. There's not a more fun HW to watch in the UFC. Gane is skilled and athletic and...a little dull. Lewis has the power that can make the fight go his way. I'll be rooting for that.
 
never thought I'd ride with a Frenchmen but here we are . Any object analysis obviously points to Gane, i mean look how Volkov schooled Black Beast for 14.5 minutes and then look at what Gane did too Volkov and Biggy boy . Gane is tailor made to beat guys like the Black Beast . We'll see , of course if a H-Town bomb lands that's it. Nights over .

lewis is sloppy for sure. but he does have the power to end the fight. but gane defense is amazing and has a iron chin. Gane by easy win.
 
Gane has so many ways to victory in that fight. It really comes down to what he wants to do. Lewis only shot is to catch him with a shot and that probably will need to happen early.
 
Most of BB’s opponents had the skill to control him. Everyone knows Gane is the superior striker. BB has the power to render all of that moot in a single strike. This is nothing new.

I've already seen a lot of people saying Gane is too defensively sound. That he's gonna win with ease. Even the thread title alludes to it. So it would be ironic for the undefeated defensively sound guy to get slept.
