Kinda funny, but the fact is both Twitter & Youtube compress the video quality, and even then that demo was supposes to communicate the PS5 Fidelity/30FPS mode in the PS5Pro will be 60FPS with the same graphical quality.

Regardless, it was a brilliant gameplay mechanic that they copyrighted for exclusive use for them.
Imagine if ID software somehow copyrighted the First-Person-Shooter back in the 90s, or Capcom copyrighted the 1v1 fighting game after the first Street Fighter.
That said, typically small details could have been changed by a different developer, give it a different name... and *poof*... a different 'Nemesis' system.
