Okay, but how did he tell Bran that he was making Bronn Lord of the Reach? You can't lie to the guy. So Bran in turn also thinks it's a great idea to make a thieving cutthroat Master of Coin and Lord of the most important region in Westeros, their breadbasket.

He was offered a giant pile of gold to kill them, paid in advance, and was offering to let them buy their way out, as Tyrion asked him to do years ago.

Honestly, all of the problems I have with the show are the Casuals' fault.
They're the ones who bought the stupid merch, the stupid "I drink and I know things" shirts, the liscence plates, all the bullshit that is so malignant and boring, so D&D thought that's where the show was connecting with viewers and that's why we're where we're at.
Everyone forgot about Quiathe, the Wizards of Qarth, Jaqen (my fav character by far), the Reeds, all of these interesting storylines that sprinkled GOT with cool mysticism and intrigue and instead worshipped at the alter of fucking Daenerys, Sansa, Arya and feminine power altogether.

That's their rights as fans and viewers, but don't come bitching that the show is rushed and stale when literally all you :eek::eek::eek:s have been clammoring for is Daenerys to come to Westeros. Remember in season 4 when everyone was complaining that she wasn't in Westeros? Remember people shitting on season 5 for actually developing characters and relationships? "WE WANT TO SEE DROGON SMASH ALREADY". Then he does and they say it's rushed, even though if you hold them accountable for their words, it's 3 1/2 seasons too late haha.

actually having Bronn, the ultimate mercenary turned lord as master of coin is a great move, Bronn knows how much shit costs, he knows where and how much they are gonna steal and most important he knows that the money is needed to get soldiers and protect the realm, i bet he has a fine ass noble lady up there in high garden walking the gardens and shit while he takes care of business.

BUT, dude i like Pod but kingsguard? idk, maybe but i think he still needs training, i mean OG kingsguard where the absolute best fighters in the realm, now it seems the positions are filled by cronies
