You mean is it likely that when Clinton Campaign had Perkins Coie hire Fusion GPS who contracted Chris Steele to continue the Free Beacon initiated Trump oppo research, That Chris Steele payed his network of Russian informants?

Yup. And since they paid fair market value with campaign contribution money, it isn't illegal.

If anything broke the law it was not disclosing those payments as such and instead as legal fees, a complaint which is currently at the FEC. If they can prove the research couldn't reasonably have aided legal services provided by Perkins Coie then the campaign will be fined.

Holy hell man, can you read? In order for @PolishHeadlock to win, Mueller must indict Trump + do a bunch of other stuff. Since there are no new indictments, Mueller didn't indict Trump, and @PolishHeadlock loses the bet.
