Hannity: Let me ask you about Adam Schiff. Professor, this one bit of testimony of Bruce Ohr is showing many lies and contradictions. This is just the beginning. We're going to see the FISA warrants. We're going to see the 302s. We're going to see the Gang of Eight information. We're going to get the testimony of all of these people. What we're learning is,...

Dershowitz: We should see everything. Transparency is the essence.

Hannity: We now know that many people lied under oath. What do you think of Adam Schiff? What did you think of that tape of him thinking we was talking to a Russian? What do you think of his staff spending 10 hours with Michael Cohen?

Dershowitz: We now know that the allegations in the Steele dossier aren't even supported by Steele. I think that the FISA court ought to consider holding in contempt of court people who submitted the FISA application while withholding relevant information that might have led them to a different conclusion. We live in a strange time. The other headline is Jussie Smollet is getting indicted. It's very important that anyone who falsely accuses anybody should be called to task. I've been falsely accused. Fortunately I was able to disprove the allegations. But the people who accused me should be prosecuted and should be investigated. Nobody should be able to make false accusations and get away with it.

Hannity: ....I want to remind everybody, you are going to write an introductory response to the Mueller report?

Dershowitz: That's right. It will be out just days after the Mueller report becomes public. I'm working with a very very fast publisher---Skyhorse---they will be the first ones out with the report with my introduction.

Dershowitz: Manafort Got ‘A Very Harsh Sentence’ – ‘He May Very Well Die in Prison’

Interesting. I was just criticizing Dershowitz in the Ilyan Omar thread.

Do you actually think Dershowitz is a :eek::eek::eek:phile?
Do I think he preys on prepubescent girls? No .But I think odds are good given what we know about Epstein he's diddled under 18 girls in his adult life

Are you saying that you think the chance that Dershowitz has done this is under 50%, but you're still referring to him as a :eek::eek::eek:phile?

I'd say at least 50/50 especially given the aggressive defense he's giving on a case going through the system

And to keep this on topic, Manafort got off easy and Dershowitz proves again he's a partisan hack

again with the dershowitz...

DARK MONEY ORG GAVE $2 MILLION TO GROUP WORKING WITH FUSION GPS, STEELE

  • A dark money group based in California contributed $2 million to The Democracy Integrity Project, the organization that has contracted with Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele to investigate President Donald Trump.
  • The Democracy Integrity Project’s founder, a former staffer for Sen. Dianne Feinstein, has acknowledged to the FBI that the group provides information to the press, lawmakers and investigators.
  • Fund for a Better Future is the second Democracy Integrity Project donor to have been identified. George Soros gave $1 million to the group.
A dark money group with links to several high-profile liberal activists contributed $2 million to The Democracy Integrity Project, an organization founded by a former Dianne Feinstein staffer that has contracted with Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele to investigate President Donald Trump.

Fund for a Better Future (FBF) donated $2,065,000 to The Democracy Integrity Project (TDIP) in 2017, according to IRS filings reviewed by The Daily Caller News Foundation.

TDIP was founded on Jan. 31, 2017, by Daniel Jones, a consultant who worked for Feinstein, a California Democrat, when she controlled the Senate Intelligence Committee. Jones has disclosed to the FBI that he hired Fusion GPS and Steele, the author of the anti-Trump dossier, to continue an investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election.

He also told an associate that TDIP operated as a “shadow media organization helping the government.” Jones suggested to the associate, Adam Waldman, that his TDIP team planted several anti-Trump articles.

ABC News’ Terry Moran: Media, Democrats Face ‘Reckoning’ If Mueller Finds No Collusion

Wasn't the idea point of the investigation to look into links between the Trump campaign and Russians, which they found?

Seems like success in that sense.

Version 29...my gooodness

Don’t worry fellas you’ll finally get that orange Russian bastard in 2024!

How slow do you type? You using 1 finger or some shit?

Also nice deflection, concession noted.
Man, all that dude posts is deflection. I mean just LOL at the specious reasoning over my bit of hyperbole.

Yeah, someone who is surrounded by criminals, who was publicly seen to kowtow to Putin, Kim, and the Saudis, who is the head of 3 separate enterprises that are or were under investigation for criminal activity, especially fraud, is going to be able to make a case that he faced unjustified scrutiny by the Department of Justice. Sure. Sounds about right in upside down land.

I love how Trump has been able to tie the investigation to the Democrats when it was started by an angry group of republicans. I think the media if anyone will hurt the most but that is because Trump will continue to push this narrative that the media is the enemy of the state.

Host: What do you think of the idea of the president sitting down with the investigators under oath? Adam Schiff says that's the only way you can get to the truth. So what about all those answers that the president gave in writing? Is he casting doubt on that?

Dershowitz: He doesn't even have a basis for casting doubt, and no reasonable lawyer would ever allow the president to sit down. President Clinton did that and he paid a very heavy price for it. I think it was the right decision made by Trump's lawyers to answer questions and not to allow the client to fall into a perjury trap. Remember, a perjury trap can result from giving truthful testimony. If the president gave absolutely truthful testimony and Michael Cohen contradicted him, and the prosecutors decided to believe Michael Cohen, that would be a perjury trap. So I see no reason for the president to sit down to have live testimony. He's not going to do it. That was made clear right from the beginning. So this is a political tactic to point out that the president won't sit down and have live testimony.
