Read (b) out loud. Read it again. Read it again. Read it again.

He was "told" that Fulton County did not perform signature verification.

In other words, he has no fucking clue, and we don't even know if anyone actually told him that.

It makes sense that if that was his understanding that he might vote against certifying the election at that point, but where is everyone else that should be making this claim? Did they have more information? Different information?

What makes Mark Wingate's claim he was told something so important?

This one guy is saying they didn't verify signatures, which is wrong. He's lying or very stupid, probably both. Signatures were verified 3 times during the normal count and after both audits. This guy is a clown. The Republican run GA election was audited multiple times and all of these dumbass claims have been addressed. This is just maga trying to muddy the waters with disingenuous claims.

He's not even saying they didn't verify signatures.

He's saying he was told that.

This is the smokin' gun, bro. Fucking hearsay. He said, she said bullshit.

This case isn't even about the Fulton County elections. It's totally unrelated. He's giving his reasons for the actions he took at the time.

These guys are so disingenuous it took about 5 minutes to shred this grift.

Wrong. They request the proof which they were 100% entitled to. They requested just a sample of the video from the drop boxes which they were 100% entitle to. All were refused. There was nothing provided allowing them to follow the law and certify the election.

... and you want to play semantic games. Clown.

This is basically a "people are saying..." bullshit scheme.

Whether the board was provided surveillance tape footage at the time is definitely a procedural issue, if it's true, which we don't know. You've provided one man's claim that it was, that claim being made to justify decision at the time.

But here's the reality: the surveillance tape footage of the Fulton County has been reviewed in full, for definite, and nothing was found.

This has all been investigated, as you well know.

You're using one man's allegations to imply that they shouldn't have certified the election, when those allegations are really only justifying that one individuals reasons for not certifying the election. You've decided (or been dog whistled into deciding) that this must be the case for all the other board members who did certify the election. Again, maybe they had access to different/more information, or had no reason to doubt the election's fairness. In which case, those board members not named Wingate were proven correct.

They were right.

It's not compelling and it's not interesting (at least at this stage...).

It's so predictable at this point it's just plain sad, even if it's also funny as hell. One of that lot posts some "OMG BIG SCANDAL" story and it invariably turns out to be, at best, a total misrepresentation of the facts, or at worst, completely made up. Rudy G. has to pay out $148 million over this debunked crap and this lot is still pushing this story like it means something.

Take the Biden bribe thing, fell for it all the way and some of them still believe it.

The cognitive dissonance is as remarkable as it is pathetic.

It's sad to watch the mentally challenged get taken advantage of. But, then they are smug assholes about it so I just laugh at them

The disbarment trial of former DOJ Official Jeffrey Clark is producing even more amazing moments. Garland Favorito's audit showed:

60% error rate - results did not match ballot images
Tally sheet totals didn't match the ballot images.
Falsified tally sheets - 100 to nothing for Biden. Some were 200 to nothing, a technical impossibility.

More of what they found:

  • Six sworn affidavits of Fulton counterfeit ballots; (10s of thousands est.)
  • 17,724 more votes than in person recount ballot images required to tabulate votes in Fulton
  • Drop box video surveillance representing 181,507 ballots destroyed in 102 counties
  • Improper Chain of Custody forms for 107,000 ballots statewide
  • Estimated Chain of Custody forms missing for 355,000 ballots statewide (Georgia Star)
  • 86,860 voters in 2020 have false registration date prior to 2017 but were not on 2017 history file
  • Over 1.7 million original ballot images are lost or destroyed in 70 counties despite state, federal law

This attack on Jeffrey Clark and attempting to disbar and silence him is blowing up in the Democrats' face. Information is finally coming to the surface that they've suppressed for years.

They are pretty much attacking Sec. State Brad Raffensperger and calling him corrupt. I know...I know.... he's a Republican. That doesn't really change anything,

If you all want to read just some of the non-partisan report it's here.

I really like direct source information. Melanie King shares a ton of the testimony. It's damning for Raffensperger.

Ahh yes, Jeffrey Clark.
Here's one of my favorite quotes from him, "a Dominion machine accessed the Internet through a smart thermostat with a net connection trail leading back to China."

So.... nothing on the content I shared, just a logical fallacy? Thanks for the input.

What do you have to say about the audit? The lack of signature matching, the missing videos, destroyed records, no chain of custody does not bother you?

This news is getting out. It will bother a ton of Americans and throw their trust in our elections in doubt. That isn't good for anyone. Georgia needs to make significant changes to ensure safe and secure elections. Otherwise, it doesn't matter who wins, the opposition will scream foul and who could blame them?

Ok bud. Your post was about Jeffrey Clark and the election. I posted a quote from Jeffrey Clark on the election.

You attacked the character, you never addressed the facts from the audit and investigation. You offered nothing, but a logical fallacy.

the same chuds that support burning down cities cause an inner city drug dealer got hit with a drug charge after a broken chain of custody led to dirty cops tampering with the evidence suddenly don't care about major chain of custody issues when it comes to an election that gave their lord and savior the win.

Your schtick is getting tired. You use garbage sources and then take their word as gospel to claim victory. Garland Favorito has been pushing this bullshit for 3+ years, and every time it's scrutinized it turns out to be complete garbage. His lawsuits based on these "bombshells" have all been dismissed.

When he actually gets asked questions about his methods for coming to all of these definite conclusions you're touting, this is what you get:

https://news.bloomberglaw.com/litig...ia-voters-takes-center-stage-in-eastman-trial

“You have for a day and a half, almost two days now, given testimony about a myriad of things, allegations and statements that are based upon your understanding,” State Bar Court Judge Yvette Roland said to Favorito. “Which matching format is more reliable?”

After continued back and forth in which Favorito said he’s being asked as an expert and responding, “I’m sorry, are you asking me a question?” he didn’t answer Roland’s question.

VoterGA said that the “actual evidence shows that at least 873 people received credit for voting in the November 2020 election although they had died in 2020 prior to Election Day.” That was to refute a letter to Congress that Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) sent disputing election claims.

Those figures came from Bryan Geels, Favorito said. Geels is an accountant whose claims of election anomalies was used by those who dispute the outcome of the 2020 race in which Trump lost to President Joe Biden.

Earlier in Thursday, Eastman’s attorney Randall Miller asked Favorito about his personal knowledge regarding claims of alleged Dominion voting machine vulnerabilities. “I know that from 40 years of information technology and experience,” Favorito said.

Roland proceeded to “remind everyone that Mr. Favorito has not been qualified as an expert.”

During testimony Thursday, Favorito couldn’t recall when Eastman reached out to him to ask about confirming some evidence when the Georgian volunteered to come to California and testify. He said he didn’t know if it was this year, before the bar’s charges against Eastman were filed Jan. 26, or in the winter or spring.

“You recall a lot of other things,” said Roland. “It’s very interesting that you don’t recall” this.

You fell for this bullshit AGAIN. The guy has zero credibility, just like the rest of the morons making these claims for last 3+ years. It's astonishing how many times you can fall for the same shit and never learn your lesson.

Your previous nonsense has been completely shredded.

What is this, a lazy student getting everyone to do their homework for them?

'And what about this nonsense, remind me again why this doesn't matter?'

To quote a CTardism, do your own research.
