Free weight compared to using machine

The following post by Entropy was part of a larger thread I closed. The reason I closed it was... well cause it was garbage and none of the oposition listened to the presented logic, evidence, or scientific studies presented. Entropy's post seemed to be the best founded so I have separated it from the rest of the pack. The debate itself pertained to the benefits of machines vs. freeweights
