Damn it's actually real isn't it. RIP @FrankieNYC. Hope you ended up where you thought you would. Enjoyed our back and forths Sherbro. Who's gonna tell me when the UFC's going public now? (I'd rather laugh then cry but Frankie was cool as hell for being an internet friend and I actually feel really down right now)
 
I know Sherdog is divided. People feel strong about what they believe is right/true. BUT I believe Sherdog is an internet family. No one on Sherdog likes everyone but we're still family. I have 5 brothers/sisters and i really dislike 2 of them but if any of them including, the 2 i really, really dont like, call me and ask for real help I'm gonna help.


RIP to @FrankieNYC. We lost a good one. A member of our family. It just hit me that it wasn't a hoax/rumor and I definitely owed it to Frankie to say my goodbye in it's own thread. RIP.

100%. That's why i thought it was a hoax at first but Frankie always responded to my questions relatively fast and not a peep since I sent him a message about this situation.
 
I always thought highly of his opinions. He was one of those guys that when I saw post, I would take the time to read it. I’m more of a lurk and like kind of guy on here, so I never actually had a convo with him, but I wish I had now.
 
Let's stop posting and raise a glass to him at some point during the PPV sat night, any suggestions when?
 
So is it for sure? Confirmed he has passed? I was kind of reserving paying my respects until we are certain we lost him.
 
I looked at that thread constantly up until yesterday holding out hope it was a fake, or that he was still hanging in there. I hope he went out knowing that people out there cared about him and what he meant to others. He was the only person on this forum I'd click on a thread 100% of the time just because the quality of his posts and high quality information that he would provide. On top of that he was super responsive, good natured, and just a genuine guy. Really made me evaluate how I'm going to post on here going forward. Sherdog needs more positivity and constructive conversation that Frankie provided for us, and it needs less toxicity. I've been way too guilty of the latter, something I plan on changing going forward.
